General information on data processing
Scope of the processing of personal data As a matter of principle, we process personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our contents and services. The processing of personal data of our users is regularly only carried out with the consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases in which it is not possible to obtain prior consent for actual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations involving personal data, Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis. When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures. Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 (1) c DSGVO serves as the legal basis. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person make processing of personal data necessary, Art. 6 (1) (d) DSGVO serves as the legal basis. If the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for the processing.
Data deletion and storage period
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the person responsible is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfilment of a contract. Collection of general information (server log files) When you access our website, general information is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider and similar. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the contents of web pages requested by you and is compulsory when using the Internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us in order to optimise our Internet presence and the technology behind it. We reserve the right to have data subsequently checked (by a certified company) if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use. Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts) In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font. Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – although it is currently unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – that the operators of such libraries collect data. The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. The IP anonymisation referred to in the above paragraph is activated for this website and can be controlled with the following entry: gtag(‘config’, ‘UA-41075588-1, { ‘anonymize_ip’: true });
Map service from Google Maps
On our website, we use Google Maps (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) in various places to display maps and to create directions. By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of automatically collected data and data provided by you by Google, one of its representatives or third parties. For Google Maps, please see the Terms of Use under Terms of Use for Google Maps and the Privacy Policy under Privacy Policy at Google. Google may transfer the information obtained through Google Maps to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. It cannot be ruled out that Google will associate your IP address with other data held by Google. It is technically possible that Google could identify at least individual users on the basis of the data received. We have no influence on the fact that personal data and personality profiles of users of the website are processed by Google for other purposes. You have the option of deactivating the Google Maps service in a simple manner and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google. To do this, deactivate JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display. Further explanations: We link from this page to Google Maps. The linking is done by means of an iframe (= an HTML element. It can be embedded anywhere on a website). We use the Google Maps offer “Share or embed map”. Please also read the information on Google’s data protection: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de#infocollect As soon as you click on the map, you use the data from Google Maps. Please note that by using Google Maps, you consent to the collection, processing and use of automatically collected data by Google. The terms of use of Google Maps can be found at: https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html
Google Fonts
This website integrates external fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc (USA). The fonts are integrated by calling up a server at Google in the USA, whereby it can be assumed that requests are stored by Google. For more information, please refer to the Google Fonts FAQ at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq#what-does-using-the-google-fonts-api-mean-for-the-privacy-of-my-users or the Google privacy policy at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in the internet browser or by the internet browser on the user’s computer system. When a user accesses a website, a cookie may be stored on the user’s operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic string of characters that enables the browser to be uniquely identified when the website is called up again. Cookies cannot be used to launch programs or transmit viruses to a computer. The information contained in cookies allows us to facilitate your navigation and enable the correct display of our web pages. Under no circumstances will the data we collect be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent. In principle, you can also view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are usually set to accept cookies (already at the time of installation). You can deactivate the use of cookies at any time via your browser settings. Please note that individual functions of our website may not work if you have deactivated the use of cookies.

There is a link to Facebook on this website. Only when you click/activate the Facebook button will you be directed to the Facebook pages.
External links
We use links on our websites to external pages which are specially marked and whose contents are not on our server. The external contents of these links were checked when the links were set. However, it cannot be ruled out that the contents were subsequently changed by the respective providers. Should you notice that the contents of the external providers violate applicable law, please inform us.
SSL encryption
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
Contact form
Sending emails via our website! As a rule, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. We do not have a contact form on our website.
